The Great Expressions Dental center is the only dental practice I am confident writing a review about. Read on for my impression. Ten years ago, I went to Prestige Dental in Highland Village and would routinely spend 15 minutes waiting for a hygienist while the office was nearly empty. Each time, I would see a different hygienist, and the last one chipped my right front tooth. Even so I paid 200 dollars for the appointment. Emily Privette & Taylor Browning are the worst for customer service. Emily was annoyed after having a 1 min convo with me about how i was given missinformation. She told me what I was getting done is considered a basic cleaning then she ends up changing it and saying its a periodontal cleaning. I told her I wasnt aware of the PM cleaning that was listed...so she got the "manager" Taylor Browning.
