When I arrived I realized my last name was spelled incorrectly , as well as my street address on all the forms I was presented with . I also was handed a form with a charge of $104 that was not explained to me prior to service . The front desk lady informed me that they don’t like to inform you of the fee’s over the phone . They rather wait for you to arrive in office . Went in for an extraction, saw a tech who took an x-ray. @ minutes with the doctor, he left then the tech came back, told me I needed to pay $181 for a special dressing after the tooth was pulled, I said NO gauze will be fine. Then she told me that no work was to be done today and I would need to come back. After a 45 min drive the day was a waste. I made the appt to pull a tooth. Left angry and still am, bait and switch to get more money out of the insurance. Oh and now I have to wait 2 weeks for next time
The staff were very friendly and attentive. It was my first visit to this location and I’m so looking forward to my next visit.
Staff is pleasant and polite and professional.
