I would give zero stars if I could. I walked in asking a simple question if they take Buckeye health insurance because I saw a sign saying they take Medicaid insurances'. The Receptionist working today on Tuesday was absolutely unprofessional, rude, and wasn't even willing to give me an answer to any question I had. She only responded with "we are not taking any new patients at the moment". And that's the only thing she kept repeating. I don't recommend coming here. I was told I needed to get four fillings on my teeth. I was unaware that there were other options to take care of my teeth. Do not come here. All they want to do is fill your mouth with fillings so they can make a buck off of you.

Showed up for our appointments and was told they didn't take our insurance even though I confirmed it when making the appointment. Receptionist refused to listen when I tried explaining the insurance and said they tried to call. I have no record of an incoming phone call the day before. Said she never heard of the insurance and kept calling it something else. Very bad customer service. Do not recommend at all.
