Please DONOT go to the Rockside location. They are horrible. Front desk people are rude and nasty. They don't answer there phones and when you finally get a hold of someone after 2 weeks they tell you there going to get back with you and don't. Please my advice to you go to ANOTHER location. I'm big on customer service.

I was recommended there for a same day appointment. I was told by the young lady who answered the phone they don't take walk ins. No problem did you take walk ins prior? I don't know what they do. You work there and don't know if they ever took walk-ins. Unprofessional the answer that is. She need more training

I went for a Cleaning and Exam. I found out i gotta get some work done. My teeth look Great I cant help but Smile. They are gonna check my Snap In dentures and see if they can fix em so i can eat with them. I hope they can then I wont need to remove my teeth to eat.

Not a good experience when I call I always get attitude from the woman who answer.when they have inconvenience me twice. I had to find another facility.
