Do not go here. Ever. My son had a traumatic injury to his permanent teeth this past weekend - 2 of his teeth broken off just above the gum lines leaving nerves exposed. Dell Children's put a temporary bond over the nerves to protect from pain & infection then told us we needed to see a dentist immediately on Monday. The dentist at Great Impressions appeared as he had never dealt with broken teeth. He took a xray and barely looked at the 2 broken teeth. Upset the dentist Dr. Ahmed When he laughed about not having the gas promised to me at no charge. This is my 3rd trip to this office trying to get a deep clean for my back teeth and to fix 2 small pivot cavities. I was contacted by the new Office Manager Casey at this location apologizing for all the misinformation I’d been given and was promised it was under new management and to please reschedule which I did and was promised the gas at no charge for this visit.
