I made this appointment 9 weeks ago and the receptionist promised she would get me in sooner but of course she did after an hour of driving early she says oh I don’t have anyone here for you. I would never wast anyone’s time like that but clearly she had no problem wasting my time. WHAT A JOKE WHAT A RUDE WOMAN SHE WAS RUDE WHEN I SPOKE WITH HER AND I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN. Shotty work, they do not stand by their work, and certainly don’t stand by their patients. Deeply disappointed. I would say, stay away from here if you can afford it, but they’re very expensive, so... just stay away.
The staff is very pleasant, but it should not take over 2 1/2 hours for cleaning and exam when I only saw 2 other patients.
Excellent staff, great Hygenist and a wonderful dentist. I have been going there for 4 years and are very happy with the service.
I had a terrible experience with Great Expression Dental. I had a temporary cap, from their Bonita Springs office. The impressions had been taken for the permanent cap. Covid19 happened, and there were Florida state mandates for permissible dental work. They refused to consider my situation "urgent" --they had the audacity to tell me to "modify my eating" ( I was basically unable to eat anything, the pain was so severe, and could only slowly sip a protein drink with my head tilted to one side so it didn't touch the exposed t... read more
