Still waiting for a reply to my email from a google review and a call from the manager to discuss why my son's appointment got changed with out notifying me. When we went into the office I was told we were late, would not see my son and rescheduled him 2 months later.
Not worth the time and energy. Not an honest place and if you don’t fit the “profile” you will have a hard time getting any service. Regardless of the quality of insurance you have.
One of the receptionist at this office is prejudice and racist. I entered the office and I was not allowed to speak or express my thoughts. I understand that my accent is hard to understand but to laugh and mock me, is wrong and unacceptable.
The dental hygienist Christine is absolutely amazing, she takes the time to explain everything she is gonna do and talks you through it all. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist and if I hadn’t seen her on my first visit and had her do my cleanings I wouldn’t have returned for the work because I have panic attacks over the dentist. Christine at 9 Bert Crawford is incredible!
