This company drilled down to the nerve, filled the cavity, and then tells me I need to pay them to reverse it and get a root canal. That is unprofessional and unjust. If I could give this company a lesser rating, I would. I have had multiple negative visits but this last one was TERRIBLE. My 14 year old daughter had a cavity filled in tooth #30 a couple of months ago. The charge was $150. Two weeks later she was experiencing stabbing pains and she couldn't sleep. This location is terrible! Each time you need to schedule an appointment the wait is weeks, just to have them cancel and reschedule and do the same thing again. One appointment was rescheduled 3x. The receptionist is extremely rude and disrespectful. She is just looking for an argument. When selecting a dentist pass them by!
I was billed $600 for what was supposed to have been a deep cleaning for my son. This was not covered by insurance. But instead of a deep cleaning, my son was given barely a regular cleaning, which took only ten minutes. I then took my son to my personal dentist, who confirmed that he was not given anything close to a deep cleaning. Have called the the Pontiac office several times to resolve this, but to no avail. Avoid this place!
