They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Used service for about 3 years. Work is good, Cost about average. Billing AFTER work is done and copays are paid, needs drastic improvement. Main reason we changed. Bill states a new amount owed and says "DETAILS NOT AVAILABLE". GEDC could not explain by phone why the money was owed. We had to go in to talk with staff at desk who eventually found someone to explain the bill. Each time we asked to see the office manager or accounting person. APPEARS desk people make up the bills to be mailed and then send them out. NO OFFICE ... read more
