A nightmare. I am new to Richmond, looked for a dentist close to me, found Great Expressions, and called for a teeth-cleaning appointment. No one ever cleaned my teeth. I was bombarded by three women who took x-rays and told me I had periodontal disease, and it is against the law to clean the teeth of a person with periodontal disease. I was speechless. Then, their accountant came in with a form for me to sign authorizing them to do work that I did not ask for in an amount well over $1,000. They were very pushy and persisten... read more
