Andreas communication is amazing!
I have tried several times to get in contact with office about maintenance issue. The property manager is very inconsistent in contact and charged me some a $50 fee for a maintenance request that was rescheduled, not rejected. I've made every attempt to dispute the fee, and even provided proof of my conversation with the maintenance tech via text message screenshots.
