We purchased a hot tub in December and it was delivered today. From purchase to delivery we received excellent customer service. To start, we fell in love with a specific hot tub after seeing it in a store in Hamilton. We would have purchased it there, however there were so many “hidden fees” that the final price was 2k more than advertised. I called them and told them my issue which was a leaking pump shaft seal and I was told I had to buy the motor and pump together as it was 1 unit and can’t just do the seal which they wanted $1000 for everything taxes in….found another company and cancelled Great Escape service call…..Had the other company cone and fix MY LEAKING SEAL ON-SITE the next day and only cost me $260 total and I had a jet replaced also….Great Eacape is way over priced and are trying to rip people off so word of wisdom to you all….shop around and do... read more
Bought refurbished hot tub.Right from the sales lady to the delivery people .#1 all set up and explain how to use the chemicals. I'll recommend this company to any one who's looking for hot tub.
Great service! Honest, practical and no B.S. advice in maintenance. Price for chemicals and filters comparable to online or better. We bought a refurbished HotTub from G.E. I 2023 after 2 different work colleagues recommended them. They both had their refurbished tubs for over 5 and 8 years respectively and they were really pleased. We've had ours for over 18 months now with zero issues. We love it! Thank you Great Escapes for everything. Cheers!
