Geoff is amazing! We had an issue with our hot tub, and he was at our house by 8 a.m. the next day. The customer service is truly 10 out of 10 in every area — sales, installation, and follow-up support. I highly recommend Great Escapes for all your hot tub needs. If I could rate them a 10, I absolutely would!

We purchased a hot tub in December and it was delivered today. From purchase to delivery we received excellent customer service. To start, we fell in love with a specific hot tub after seeing it in a store in Hamilton. We would have purchased it there, however there were so many “hidden fees” that the final price was 2k more than advertised.
