Jeff and the gang are all really super cool had a problem with my hot tub and he came to the house to help me fix it .the ladies at the front desk are so helpful and always have a smile on there face
Geoff is amazing! We had an issue with our hot tub, and he was at our house by 8 a.m. the next day. The customer service is truly 10 out of 10 in every area — sales, installation, and follow-up support. I highly recommend Great Escapes for all your hot tub needs. If I could rate them a 10, I absolutely would!
