Horrible Experience! Went in for a 50 minute back, shoulder massage and wanted to end the massage within 10 minutes. The masseuse was extremely rough and had no idea what she was doing. She had long nails and scratched me and I had to ask over 30 times for her to be gentle. She was rude and left me in bruises and pain. Absolutely no experience! The place was very dirty and I noticed after cutting my massage short that same sheet was used for next client! This place needs a serious health and safety check!
Worst experience ever. I went in for 30 minutes foot reflexology massage and the guy who did my massage was just looking at the clock and passing time. He didn’t massage all the points in foot reflexology that needs to be massaged. He didn’t even touch the heel area and left the calf muscles completely. Had 20-minute foot reflexology, the lady who did my massage was easy to communicate with, and it was the perfect refresher for my tired feet midway through our Melbourne holiday.
I wasn't sure whether to go in because of the reviews but a change of management and had a fantastic massage
Was supposed to be 90min deep tissue massage. Technique was not good and she did not seem to spend any extra time on obviously tight areas. She didn't ask how much pressure I wanted, so I had to ask her to use more and she still didn’t! I could barely feel it.
