Absolutely worthless company!! Will not ship supplies. Customer Service are unknowledgeable, they don't care, rude. I've contacted an atty. Lawsuit will be filed!!!
Terrible customer service!
Poor communication and customer service. They just cancel your order if they don't get a response from a doctor office for a Rx for cpap supplies. No attempt to contact the patient first.
I agree with everyone’s post on here. This company continues to not return calls and the staff seems to decide how and when they want to help customers. I’ve been calling every other day to get the rep to help me with my order but can’t get a call back. They make it very hard to talk to a live person and you do not get any direct contact information for people.
Trying to obtain a CPAP machine replacement today, May 28, 2024. Customer Service representative at Valley Respiratory was very rude. I'm looking into finding a different CPAP supplier so that I won't have to deal with such rudeness anymore. The machine helps to ensure that I keep breathing while sleeping. Kinda' important.
