This company does not take work order requests seriously and is very neglectful. I have had a problem with an animal in the ventilation/wall for almost two months and other than setting two rat traps have heard nothing and nothing has been done. I do not recommend renting anywhere managed by this company. It is a consistent fight to get anyone from maintenance to show up.
