Absolutely the worst! I called about an emergency and literally nobody has the answer and I have been locked out all day.
My experience with Greater Eastern / Massanutten Resort has been nothing but stress and dishonesty. From the very beginning, I was misled. The sales rep and manager promised me there would be no credit check and that the in-house financing would not affect my credit at all—yet it did.
