I can not say enough about the service. The method of therapy was my preferred method, having tried other approaches with FAR less results. I didn't realize how bad I was until I got better. Yes, explanations were in lay language, my ideas and thoughts were given weight and the plan was a joint activity. There may be better therapists but you will have to look far and wide to find them.
Catie was fantastic with Fred after his shoulder surgery. He still uses the advise today when his shoulders are tired after a long day and by the next day he feels great.
Kate is amazing. It always takes me by surprise how quickly I feel better after seeing her. She has helped me with things I would have never associated with physical therapy such as stomach issues and dizziness. She's great at explaining how my body works and gives me tools to use outside the office to help further my treatment. I would highly recommend her and the rest of the Great Divide team to anyone seeking relief.
Kate is a miracle worker! After just a few sessions my shoulders are gaining much needed mobility and strength. Thank you so much.
