What an amazing group of professionals! I came in with a cavity issue and I was able to be evaluated that same day! Talk about convenience or luck! In any case Susana, Dr. K and Irma were able to squeeze me in for a consultation. Low and behold they were able to see me the next day and take care of my issue! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services I have received at this office. After a previous billing issue regarding my daughter’s porcelain tooth, I decided to give your practice another chance, despite the office manager's repeated attempts to bill me for something that was already paid in full. She assured me she would call back to confirm, but weeks passed with no follow-up, leaving my daughter without her tooth. The dentist who was doing my work was friendly and professional BUT the front office staff, specifically the lady who handles the billing is incompetent and unorganized. Misquoted me numerous times after a visit, which should’ve been a red flag. After that , was Scheduled to have a crown put on, my personal insurance was coming to an end and needed to have it billed thru MediCal so the appointment had to be booked for almost 6 weeks out in order to get the authorization from MediCal. I AM JUST SOOOO GRATEFUL WITH GREAT DENTAL GROUP! Since I walking in, Nora greeted me and helped me made sure I had all proper forms filled out. I was in so much pain as I need it a Root Canal done. I was sent home with proper medication and Nora again, communicated to me how I would I can be seen quicker and also, provided me with a sooner appointment. Keeps postponing my appointments. Not by a day or two, they keep rescheduling for weeks after. They once rescheduled it for 3.5 months later. Not recommended
