I moved into a 40 year old house two years ago and have had several different types of service/maintenance companies come to the house for a variety of reasons. Bob King and Great Degrees might be my favorite. He was professional, prompt, extremely knowledgeable, thorough and reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend him for all your HVAC needs.
