RecommendedThis review is LONG overdue. Back in July, I got a flat tire while visiting family in Wooster. I was an hour away from home and pulled into Zach's shop without a plan. Zach and his team don't fix tires, but they helped me get my tire fixed as though I was family or a close friend. What a great group of people! I highly recommend. Thank you again, Zach!

Don’t go to Great Deals for ANY car needs! I took my car in about a month ago and I found GOUGES on the driver side of my car that were not there before leaving my car in the care of the workers at Great Deals. When I brought this to the attention of the man at the desk checking me out for MY OIL CHANGE, he had an attitude, was very rude, and said “Your car is 10 years old. In a good location close to home. Great customer service, good prices, quality in repairs and upfront and honest about what needs to be done.
I was traveling back to Columbus from a work event in Youngstown when suddenly my heat shield came unbolted from underneath my car. I pulled off the Lodi exit, did a quick Google search and found these guys- just a short 3 miles off the exit. I walked in fully assuming there would be a wait or that I’d be paying $$$ as a walk in, but they immediately took a look at it, bolted it back in place and sent me on my way, free of charge. Zach is very good at what he does .
True family owned and operated business. Zach and Bethany made me feel very welcome. Zach took care of my emergency brake job on my way home from work. He is very knowledgeable and very professional and timely. I was safely back on my way in no time at all. Thank you Zach and Bethany!
