I wasn’t told about the outrageous upgrade cost of the hotel I wanted but was originally to they worked with this particular hotel and would be included in the package I bought. However they refunded my money without any problem.

RecommendedTerrible customer service and extremely hard to book a vacation. They want more money because your travel dates are during peak times. They don’t tell you about incidental fees or that they are charged daily. I wouldn’t recommend this travel company anytime they said I ended up costing them because I switched my hotel when I found out about the added fees.
