Installed 4 brake shoes and 4 drums on 7/3/25. On 8/15/25, after one month, the shoes were below DOT requirement. Worn out in a month. And the drums are half way out As per LOVE’S Tech. Now I have to install new shoes within a month.. !!DISAPPOINTED REALLY WITH THIS DEALER!!

Parked car got hit by their (Great Dane) truck because the driver forgot to hit the parking brake and destroyed my ‘22 Malibu. It’s been 2 weeks now and my car is just now getting moved to the repair shop because they have terrible insurance through Zurich which uses a 3rd party company called Creative Risk Solutions to handle their claims. I just had my son born last week and this has caused a tremendous amount of stress and inconvenience.
