Just had a wonderful experience with Daniel at the parts counter. His customer service and communication skills are top-notch! Great Dane is lucky to have him.
We sent one of our flat bed trailers there through my company for repair. Tracy and Gabino not only worked my driver into their busy schedule , they also were willing to troubleshoot the repair over the phone! Fast, friendly and efficient this will be my go to for trailer repairs in the Charlotte area!
First of all THANK YOU! TO TRACY AT THE SERVICE COUNTER AND GABINO CARRERA SERVICE SUPERVISOR! SERVICE TECH! AND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! I had a missing light on my trailer, they replaced it at no charge. Which was simply amazing, Let me explain, have ever went to a mom and pop shop to get a repair done and they drop what they doing and take care of you. Well this is a big operation here!!
