Bought a great dane trailer back in 2020 and upon buying it they informed me that a five year warranty was included in case issues happened with the trailer. A crossmember broke I went there and spoke with the district manager very polite guy had a short convo. He said don't know if the warranty will cover it. Took my trailer for some add-on work. They quoted a fair price and did an awesome job! Service guys treated me like a VIP (or atleast it felt like it. I will go back to them for any trailer repairs!!!
