Was told by T/A Baytown, TX. that my slider valve was bad so picked one up. While there met Alan Shepard the Service Manager and he advised me it could be the Tractor Protection Valve located by air tank if the valve I bought didn't work to call him. It didn't work he told me to bring trailer to him and they got me right in and installed a TPV in 1/2 hr and my trailer is working properly now. My entire experience with the parts dept. and the service dept. was all good. Definitely recommend this place for any and all trailer ... read more
Horrible business so unorganized, everyone is rude there, they make you wait for hours, two men walk around on the phone ignoring customers for help do not support this buisness
NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! been trying to buy a trailer but I cant get a sales person to answer , ridiculous!
