They really don’t care if you have a family at home. They will work you to no end, you’re just a number. The office needs a good wipe out and filled with individuals that have ACTUALLY worked on the floor.
Entire front office management is POOR... The Human Resource staff most definitely need to be replaced. Unprofessional and NOTHING is confidential. With that being said any problems that you have on the job just keep it to yourself. REMEMBER YOU'RE JUST A NUMBER.. The pay is awesome but it's not worth losing your peace.
