While Artur does a good job he is a snake. He charged sales tax on service/labor, which is non taxable. When asked to remove the sales tax he removed it but then changed his invoice to add supplies he did not use and make up the sales tax to the penny. He overcharged about $1300 for sales tax and he did this because he knew my house was being sold and I did not have the time to fight it in court because he would put a contractors lien on my house which would have held up the sale.
