I HAD REALLY LONG HAIR, DOWN PAST MY KNEE'S. I WENT INTO THIS SALON TO GET A TRIM. I WANTED JUST A FEW INCHES TAKEN OFF. THE LADY WHO CUT MY HAIR HADNO CLUE WHAT SHE WAS DOING. SHE GRABBED MY HAIR PULLED UP INTO A PONY TAIL AND CHOPPED IT OFF. I WAS SO MAD I JUMPED UP AND REFUSEDTO LET HER FINISHED CUZ SHE CUT OFF A LOT MORE THAN A FEW INCHES. THEY NOT ONLY MADE ME PAY FOR THE HAIR CUT BUT THEYDESTROYED MY HAIR, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PACE TO ANYONE.....
