This salon location had a long wait and the lady that cut my hair barely took off an inch when I asked for 2 inches. She charged 7 dollars more than the asking price claiming that it was due to the thickness of my hair which has never been mentioned before. When she saw that I was not satisfied, she said she would have to charge more if I wanted it shorter. The service and attitude of this staff lady was horrible. I would never recommend anyone to go get their haircut here.

This salon deals in false advertising. A huge poster hangs inside their window advertising haircuts for $13. After being seated in the chair and describing the haircut I wanted the hairdresser was kind enough to tell me that this would be a "speciality cut" which was an extra $5. When I questioned this fee she said it was on the desk up front where you sign in. It was - under the clipboard where you sign in.
