Rushed over because we knew they closed at 7:30PM. Got there are 7:15, waited for the cashier to take care of the customer who was leaving. Asked if there was time for a haircut and was told no, the last haircut is at 7:15. Looked at my phone at it was 7:16, but she said they needed to clean up. Was also told my son had a lot of hair, so maybe we should come back tomorrow. A hairdresser named Delia. I asked her to cut curtain bangs and trim the back a bit. But she didn’t even know what curtain bangs actually are. She ended up cutting really uneven bangs that didn’t look anything like curtain bangs. When I pointed this out, she basically told me I had to style it myself. I wasn’t in the mood to argue, but she was pretty rude when I questioned her about the cut. Honestly, zero customer service from her side. Just a heads-up if you’re thinking of booking with her.
