Great service and staff. Great price.
A girl begins cutting my hair after I explained what I wanted and she clearly had no idea what she was doing. Half way through she admits she only cuts men's hair usually. Now I had to pay A LOT to get a corrective cut which still doesn't look right. It was ridiculous that she agreed to do it NOT telling me it's not something she does. These people are hacks unless you're a buzz cut. The picture was how off my layers were from one side to the next.
We made an appointment this morning for around noon. Upon making it, it said 21 minutes until available for haircut. We got there in 18 minutes. However upon arrival, there were 3 people ahead still. We (my son and I) waited 20-25 minutes and still no haircut and barely more than a simple check-in. A person walked in after the 20 minutes and right when he walked in, he was able to be seen since he was one of the 3 on the list in front. Waited another 10 minutes. 3 employees with open chairs while I waited. One was texting, the other SLOWLY organizing her station and a third who walked in from the back in apron asked if I checked in (3rd person to ask) then walked back out. I couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism. Management should be embarrassed… I think they hired all the same employees from the notoriously bad super cuts that was there. Don’t waste your money.
Excellent Great Clips Location. Than cut and styled my hair. He's a true professional. His skill set, tools and stylest abilities compare those of a high end Beverly Hills Salon. When Than cut my hair the first time I got so many compliments, I had to go back. What's amazing is in addition to his abilities, they keep track of what they did the last time they cut your hair and can repeat it perfectly.
