I had my hair cut by a man who i believe is the manager. I asked for a short bob with light layers. I got an uneven, choppy, cut with layers all the way up, all the way around, with uneven bangs. He mentioned how HE hired people who work there so I assume he was a hiring manager. He was not gentle when washing my hair, and I left the salon with wet hair.
