The person who handled my hair cut was distracted - having a side bar conversation - we did not see eye to eye on the picture -I showed several. My hair is cut way too short 😔

Didn’t get the chance to do a review, usually had good experiences when I get my haircut there, but the last two times I had a haircut at this location. It was horrifying. 1st of the last the “stylist” cut my ear and he was like playing it off if it was ok and then said it’s my fault for moving which I wasn’t. Still had a nerve to charge me and no offer a no charge injury. I used to take my son to this Great Clips every few months and never had an issue. Today, however, was a completely different experience. My husband brought in our 3-year-old son, who is used to getting his hair cut, and he was left with uneven lines. When my husband politely asked for the cut to be refined, he was met with attitude. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the stylists started gossiping. This was absolutely unacceptable behavior, especially when dealing with a child.
