The cut on my daughter was absolutely terrible. I didn't even know what to say because it was so obviously bad and I needed to leave. After I got home, I sent pictures and asked them for a refund. They called and offered to have me come back in so they could fix it but refused to refund my money. I wasn't willing to take her back to a place that messed her hair up this bad in the first place.
