I was told there was 3 ahead of me and they let me sit there while a total of 6 people came in and still didn't cut my hair so I just will never go to this place again

I am visiting from the UK and this was hands down one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received. Travis cut my hair and spent the entire time telling me how “great” it looked, even going as far as to offer his personal services outside of Great Clips. That made it seem like he was confident and professional which could not have been further from the truth. When I got home and actually saw my hair, I was horrified.
