Went in yesterday morning just to get my bangs cut and I was horrified when I got home and looked at them after they dried I and styled them. So many uneven pieces that weren’t cut and so much shorter and more blunt than I ever asked for there are even pieces of hair down by my ear/temple that are super short and shouldn’t even be a part of my bangs! Had long lair and cut my hair short with layers and I loved it. Cynthia did an amazing job and for my daughter's hair too. But very polite and sweet staff. They really take their time to give you what you want
