I went there yesterday for a haircut specifically to remove split/dead ends throughout my hair and get a long-layered haircut. I clearly explained what I wanted, but the stylist ended up giving me a blunt cut instead of the long layers I asked for. After the haircut, I was told that if I blow-dried my hair, the layers would become visible. I went home and blow-dried my hair, but it was still clearly just a blunt cut with no long layers.
