With the exception of Krystal/Crystal, whose name spelling I am unsure of, and the two male employees who are worth ratings of 5 stars, my hair has consistently been styled to my satisfaction. However, I have experienced unsatisfactory haircuts from nearly all other staff members, necessitating a complete regrowth of my hair. This situation is particularly disappointing as I had specifically requested to maintain the length, yet it was significantly shortened and poorly executed.

Jonia is just awesome! Not only does she do a great job cutting my hair, but she makes it a fun experience. Everyone should go see her!
Jamie is a great at what she does. I get a great cut every time!
