Haircutter, Charlene is the reason why this particular Great Clips and other Great Clips stores will never get my money and my business. The level of attitude I received from Charlene was ridiculous from checking in to getting the haircut. To make matters worse, she cut my hair way too much than what was noted. There is a stylist at this location that will mess your hair up intentionally. This haircut was so wrong!!!
Just walked out from a cut with Pam. Great service. Patient, worked with very little direction and was gentle when I warned about an almost healed earring. 10/10 will be back.
The absolute WORST experience I've ever had in my 65yrs of life!! I am proud of myself for holding my anger in, which isn't normal for me. I should have grabbed my purse and ran! But I was determined to get my hair cut even if she screwed it up. I got there at 6pm 1/7 so I knew I had time. There were NO customers. This woman was cleaning and obviously didn't want to be bothered. Never got her name, didn't keep my receipt. Her attitude was ridiculous!
