If I could give zero stars for Kim’s attitude, I would. I brought both of my sons in for haircuts and showed each stylist nearly identical reference photos. One stylist got it exactly right — my son’s haircut was perfect. Kim, on the other hand, delivered a cut that looked absolutely nothing like the photo. Not even remotely close. I very politely asked if she could shave it down more to match my other son’s cut. Instead of fixing it, Kim got defensive, rude, and made a huge scene in front of everyone. I didn't like the customer service. A hair salon should have a relaxed atmosphere where welcoming customers isn't just about saying "welcome," but about giving them what they need. The customer comes in for a makeover or to look better, but it seems like they don't have the desire to be served. The price is unbeatable, but the service leaves much to be desired.
