Update: still the same The check in process is terrible. I checked in but because of traffic I didn't get there is 30 minutes. So I lost my place. I don't think I will be using this company any longer. I think that appointment are far better. I will say Jose did do a great job cutting my hair. That is why I gave them a second star. Men's haircut is now $22.00. Check-in works well sometimes and sometimes not. I'd say about 50% of time the wait is minimal. First off my needs are simple. I don't understand someone leaving a bad review because they scheduled their haircut to happen 9 minutes before closing time lmao 😂 play stupid games win stupid prizes. I scheduled my haircut at a normal time like a normal person and their stylist totally fixed my botched "at home" cut. Love this place!
Checked in online. Showed up 10 minutes prior to close. "Oh we close in 10 minutes, we're not taking anyone." Cool, then change your closing time to 5:50 and save me the trouble, it's not like you're a restaurant. And thanks for telling me when you open tomorrow /s
