I went into the Great Clips store in New Milford, Ct. on January 14, 2025, expecting to be shorn, but instead, I was taken to the cleaners! The lady doing my haircut, Kathrine, did not touch the top of my head as instructed. She managed to find and cut all the hair on my right ear but the left was just ignored along with the left sideburn. She then asked if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed.
