Horrible experience at Great clips today. It was for my kid’s hair cut and this guy calls himself the manager did his hair cut- was so rude and disrespectful to my husband and kid. My kid complained of pain from the rough handling and the hair stylist bluntly says “complain to the corporate office if you want”. To the manager I think his name was Al- you are in a wrong profession if you don’t have any patience. Update: I see another review from 2 weeks ago from another customer who had a similar incident with this “manager” ... read more
I have never felt more humiliated at a salon. I checked in and waited patiently for over two full hours — yes, two hours — and was blatantly skipped over while the staff called in several others who came way after me. Every single one of them was white. I sat there watching, invisible to them. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. It felt deliberate. It felt like I was being treated differently because of my race. If you’re not white, don’t expect to be treated fairly here. The staff clearly doesn’t care about respect, order,... read more
I walked into this Great Clips expecting a simple haircut — instead, I left feeling disrespected and discriminated against. I checked in early and waited over 2 hours, watching customer after customer — all white — get called ahead of me. I was clearly there before them. The staff didn’t acknowledge me once. Not even a simple “we’ll be with you soon.” It’s hard not to feel like this was racially motivated. When you’re the only person being skipped while others are helped with smiles and friendliness, it sends a message loud ... read more
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any business. I waited for over 2 hours, checked in early, and was clearly there before several other people. But the staff completely ignored me and kept calling in white customers who arrived much later. I was disrespected, dismissed, and treated like I didn’t exist. This felt blatantly racist. I don’t say that lightly — but when you watch 2 or 3 white customers get prioritized while you sit there invisible, it’s impossible not to notice the pattern. The staff clearly ... read more
I’ve never had such a frustrating experience. I checked in and was waiting patiently, clearly in line first. When it was finally my turn, the staff completely ignored me and let others who came later go ahead. No explanation, no apology. What’s the point of checking in or showing up early if it doesn’t matter? This location needs to fix how they manage customer order — it’s not professional or fair.
