Review: I had an awful experience here at Ronald Regan location. The stylist was extremely rude from the moment I sat down, making me feel uncomfortable instead of welcome. Their attitude was so unprofessional that I had to walk out in the middle of my haircut. I’ve never left a salon halfway through before, but the behavior was unacceptable. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful, professional service.

Horrible experience at Great clips today. It was for my kid’s hair cut and this guy calls himself the manager did his hair cut- was so rude and disrespectful to my husband and kid. My kid complained of pain from the rough handling and the hair stylist bluntly says “complain to the corporate office if you want”. To the manager I think his name was Al- you are in a wrong profession if you don’t have any patience. I have never felt more humiliated at a salon. I checked in and waited patiently for over two full hours — yes, two hours — and was blatantly skipped over while the staff called in several others who came way after me. Every single one of them was white. I sat there watching, invisible to them. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. It felt deliberate. It felt like I was being treated differently because of my race. I walked into this Great Clips expecting a simple haircut — instead, I left feeling disrespected and discriminated against. I checked in early and waited over 2 hours, watching customer after customer — all white — get called ahead of me. I was clearly there before them. The staff didn’t acknowledge me once.
