Always a great haircut. No surprises and the ladies are always happy and smiling
I asked for a mid-fade and the lady that was cutting my hair gave me high fade and didn't know how to blend

I'm a returning customer to Great clips this is my 2nd time coming to this location. Checked in, went it, and was first in line to get a haircut. My notes from my last haircut was shown to me, I told her yes that's what I want but don't cut the top. After cutting the sides she begins to grab her scissors and cuts the top, which I didn't ask for. I felt I had no choice but let her continue since she already cut a piece of my hair.
