Go here pretty frequently. Sometimes my barber rushes through my cut and I end up looking like a pineapple, sometimes they take their time. Wish they had a preferred barber on the app when making a reservation, but when you check in it’s a roll of the dice
I asked the lady TWICE to leave my bangs long, and she still cut them down to 1 ", not for the first time at this location. I shouldn't have to pay $20 for a haircut that's not what I asked for. Guess it's time to start looking for a barber again.

What’s the purpose of checkin if you are not going to follow your policy or procedures. I checked in online but they took two other people as they walked in in front of me.
