It was quick and fast haircut and shave for my husband. Being able to sign in online was very helpful.
I understand the amazing concept of the convenience, but 3 out of 4 cuts were not great; and I didn't ask for much. If you'd rather not cut my thick, straight hair, then say so. I do think a 10 minute cut on mid-length hair is a bit short. Maybe it's a cultural thing.
