Kayla has been cutting my hair for years, i’ve followed her to every salon she’s been at. I love staying with the same person; it’s hard for me to trust someone else to give me what i’m asking for. Every time, I walk out happy and feeling like not only did i get a haircut but i got to tell someone about my week and them care to hear it.
Kayla was the rudest stylist I have ever had. She acted like I was an inconvenience the entire time & ridiculed my very simple & reasonable requests. Other guests were made uncomfortable by her attitude... I didn't do anything at all to her and I even still tipped her.. Hopefully she was just having a bad day- but please don't take it out on your customers... I looked forward to this hair cut all week and left wishing I'd never come here...
We came in and explained what we wanted and she kept asking what my grandmother wanted. We explained it 3 times, asked her to cut a little more off in the front and she gave me attitude. I guess you get what you paid for. Disappointed and trash if you ask me. Don’t waste your money here!
Worst haircut ever, I have to spend money elsewhere to get it fixed.
