Its a good place but I would like it if they talk more with the customers engaged more, I hate how awkward quiet it is when I get my haircut. And more happy positive smiling attitude they all look so mad and grumpy.
Went in today with only a couple of internet photos and told RayAnn the I wanted a 'bob with some light layering'. 45 minutes later I walked out with the BEST HAIRCUT of my LIFE!! Two months before I had spent over $100 at a boutique hair salon in Georgetown that wasn't half as good and four times the price. RayAnn is waiting for you!!
I wasn't happy with the service was wating long so came a guy that he said a day before had a haircut so 3 people before me then he was attending before us so very unprofessional not happy at all never come back here.
My wife went to get a trim of her hair. She wanted her hair cut to her shoulders. Kathy was the scissor happy maniac that completely ignored her instructions and over cut the hair well above the shoulders. Kathy must be blind because she was even provided a reference photo of a previous haircut. -5 stars, will be contacting great clips customer service.
