The service was ok, but I don’t think it was exactly what I asked for. My hair was not cut short enough from what I can tell.
Got hear a full thirty minutes before they closed, and they had closed early. Horrible customer service and attitude to just not follow your posted hours. Didn't leave me enough time to drive across town to another location. Won't be back.
GC is probably not the place for a drastic haircut but I lucked out with this one because Julie gave me what I wanted and more! We discussed my expectations for a first time shag and she modified it to fit me best based on my low maintenance preferences (I don't even own a hairdryer) and hair type (pretty thin!). Julie also educated me on hairstyling and low-cost equipment for the best upkeep.
