I am sad to leave this review because the staff at this Great Clips were very kind and friendly, but after taking some time to think about my experience, I am still feeling frustrated with the result. I showed my stylist a photo of a haircut I had received back in December and explained that I wasn't afraid to lose some length. I asked her to remove any dead ends, but I also mentioned that the hair in the photo was curled, so we should probably aim to leave it a little longer than it appeared in the picture.
