The stylist actually listened to what I wanted, plus I showed her a picture. She explained to me what she was doing & how my hair reacted etc. Very pleased with my haircut!
Karlie did a great WOW customer-focused service today. She gave a few hair and scalp healthy management tips. It’s been a while since I last had my haircut here coz I got disappointed with the haircut the man gave me BUT this time I’ll surely be coming back and look for Karlie again and definitely recommend to my friends and family as well.
