I was with my three year old today, the staff were very rude to my kid. She sweared at my kid when he jumped from the seat. Even during the process of cutting the hair the staff was very rude to my kid. This place is not for young kids and the staff was very rude. The staff don’t have any patience.

A lady with glasses looks like she’s 40 something messed up my hair twice in a special occasions I know I have a long hair but that doesn’t mean to rush and don’t take time to do it I’m so upset and I told her to do it again and I showed her that I’m not satisfied but she never bothered to do anything to fix it will never ever ever go there again and I never been in situation like that and review about it 😡😡😡
This is a wonderful place for me to go the prices for seniors is awesome and Jessica a wonderful person who cuts my hair to they way I want it. She is my go to
