This place does not hire qualified barbers. Krishna cut my boyfriend’s hair. First of all, she got multiple reference photos of what his haircut normally looks like. Still, she butchered his hair. We both told her leave AS MUCH LENGTH in the front as possible, and it is now cut all the way to his hairline. On top of that, it is incredibly uneven. Some parts are still touching his eyebrows. This was the first time I've gotten a BAD haircut here. By "bad" I mean, NOT WHAT I WANTED. I told her VERY SPECIFICALLY that I did not want ANY LENGTH cut off the back. Instead she did exactly the opposite. I don't think she was listening at all. Very, very disappointed. I'm leaving on vacation tomorrow and I wanted a certain look. She said she was sorry but that doesn't make my hair grow back. Ruined my day and my confidence that I can trust anyone there to give me the cut I ask for.

I stopped by to thin my bob underneath. I told her I love my length and my shape but just needed it to be thinned out and no layers on top. . It looked okay when I left when it was wet but when I got home I realized she angled my bob from the back of my neck up to my chin. Gave stacked layers that I didn’t ask for. I thought I could stop by and it will be okay but she didn’t follow directions. I went in with a hair cut I loved and left with a hair cut I didn’t ask for.
