One of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. The stylist, whose name I believe was Steven/Stevie Luis, seemed completely unprepared even for a simple hairstyle I showed her. She had to call her colleague 4–5 times for help with basic steps, which made me seriously question the level of training. On top of that, she was rude and unprofessional. Stella did a great job cutting and evening out my hair. Someone messed up my layers pretty bad on my last haircut (different business). It looks much better now and should grow out just fine. Thank you
I went in today and had my hair cut by Rachel. I was so happy with the cut after going home and styling it that I actually made a TikTok video. She did exactly what I asked for and it is the best cut I have had in years! Thanks Rachel. I really hope you stay at the salon because I will definitely be back.
