Today, around 5:30pm i went to Great Clips to get a haircut and..... 1. The cutting machine she used literally grabbed my hair and pulled it when it was cutting (it was an old one) 2. The machine was making an annoying noise 3. Had to explain like 10 times what haircut i wanted 4. Super insecured (non proffesional) 5. Worst stylist i have ever had 6. Uneven sides 7. Staff were pleasant but would not do the service (styling) that was shown as available on their website. Walked out from appointment.
