Good service
Second day in Langley. Needed a haircut, it was around the corner from my condo. Found out you generally need to make an appointment online, but they helped me create a profile and sat me almost right away. Brianna cut my hair. She was great. Told her to go with it and rocked it. Be back in 3 weeks.
I had my hair done by Quinn and I couldn’t be happier! She was very friendly, attentive, and paid close attention to detail. Highly recommend!
I came into the Great Clips in Willoughby asking for a wash and full dry. The stylist told me she could do it, so I agreed and started the service. After washing my hair and partway through drying it, she suddenly told me that the service only includes a towel dry and not a full dry. This was very confusing because I had clearly asked for a wash and dry at the beginning, and she had said yes.
