I have been to multiple locations and have never had an issue until this location. My first visit to this location I received a hair cut with only one small issue. I thought that on my return, my second cut at this location, I would express my concern and the issue would be reslolved. This was not the case. Instead she proceeded to do everything I asked her not to. And the end of the hair cut I had expressed my concern that my original issue was still present.
